Tandoori Cheese Balls Sticks

Spice up regular cheese balls with a Tandoori twist, add the flavour of peppers and spice up with ginger and garlic to make a shashlik with a difference.

How to cook ?


  • 1 packet Vegit Cheese Balls Mix.
  • 200 ml hot water.
  • 1 large red capsicum, cut into cubes.
  • 1 large yellow capsicum, cut into cubes.
  • 1 large green capsicum, cut into cubes.
  • 1 large onion, cut into cubes.
  • 1 tbsp tandoori masala.
  • ¼ cup curd.
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

Method of Preparation

  • Make 9 cheese balls from the mix as per instructions on the pack.
  • Arrange on a wooden stick red capsicum, then a cheese ball, then onion, green capsicum, yellow capsicum, then repeat this sequence 3 times on each stick and keep aside
  • Make a marinade mixing together, tandoori masala, curd, ginger garlic paste and salt.
  • Coat the prepared sticks with this marinade.
  • Grill in a 200ºC pre-heated oven for 12-15 minutes.
