Sweet and Sour Soya Rolls

These healthy soya rolls just got an Asian twist. This sweet and sour recipe is spiked with garlic and the deep, dark flavour of soy sauce too.

How to cook ?

Ingredients

  • 100 gm Vegit Soya Roll Mix.
  • ½ cup tomato ketchup.
  • 150 ml water
  • 2 tbsp chilli sauce
  • 2 tsp soya sauce.
  • 1 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • chopped ½ cup spring onion leaves.
  • chopped ½ cup spring onions
 

Method of Preparation

  • Add hot water to the Vegit Soya Roll Mix, stir well and keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Divide into 10 equal portions and shape into nuggets.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a saucepan, add the onions and garlic, sauté for 4-5 minutes on medium flame till golden browm.
  • Add the sauces and mix well over a medium flame for half a minute.
  • Add the nuggets and toss gently.
