Pav Bhaji Dhabe Da Paneer

Using the pav bhaji mix for marination is a complete new twist to the regular pav bhaji. This mix saves time & sweating in the kitchen as now making tandoori preparation at home is much more easier. Substitute paneer with chicken, potato, cauliflower to make interesting dishes.

How to cook ?

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Veg It pav bhaji mix
  • 300 gms paneer
  • For the marination
  •  
  • 1 cup/ 200 ml yoghurt
  • 1 tsp/ 10 gm garlic paste
  • 1 tsp / 10 gm ginger paste
  • 1 tsp mustard oil
 

Method of Preparation

  • Cut paneer into 2” cubes.
  • In a bowl, combine yoghurt, ginger – garlic paste, mustard oil and pav bhaji mix.
  • Place paneer cubes in the marinade for 10 minutes.
  • Grill in griller at 220 deg C for 10 minutes or shallow fry in a non- stick pan.
  • Finishing
  • Serve on platter. Sprinkle with chaat masala and coriander sprigs.
