How to cook ?

Ingredients

  • 1 pkt Veg It pav bhaji mix
  • 8-10 bhavnagri chillies
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 50 gm processed cheese
  • 100 gm cornflour
  • 10 gm butter
  • 50 gm refined flour
  • Oil for deep frying
 

Method of Preparation

  • Prepare pav bhaji mix as per instructions on the pkt. Allow to cool.
  • Slit open the bhavnagri chillies, keeping the stem and the tail intact.
  • Stuff the prepared pav bhaji and cheese. Chill for 5-10 minutes.
  • Finishing
  • Make a thick mix of flour, cornflour by adding water.
  • Dip the stuffed chillies in the batter and golden fry in the oil.
  • Alternatively shallow fry chillies in a pan without the batter.
  • Remove and drain excess oil.
  • Slice the cheesy spicy chilli poppers and serve hot.
