Paneer Pav Bhaji Tarts

How to cook ?


  • 1 pack Vegit Pav Bhaji
  • 50 gms Butter
  • 100 gms Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Malai Paneer (grated/crumbled)
  • 12-15 nos. Tart Shells (medium size)
  • 1 cup Cheese (grated)

Method of Preparation

  • Make one pack of Vegit Pav Bhaji as per the instructions on the pack. Once the bhaji is done, start reducing the gravy from bhaji on medium flame.
  • Once the gravy is reduced to less than half add grated/crumbled paneer, mix well and keep reducing this mixture on medium –low flame till you get not so runny mixture. Remember you do not have to add salt or any other masala.
  • Our filling for Tarts is ready. Now fill the tart shells with this Paneer Pav Bhaji mixture, put a layer of grated cheese and bake at 180° for few minutes till cheese melts and slight brown crust is formed. Paneer Pav Bhaji Tarts are ready. Serve immediately.
