Method of Preparation

  • Take 100 g mix in a bowl and add 100ml warm water
  • Leave it for 5 min to absorb the water in a mix
  • Make the dough & shape it as round flattened balls
  • Deep fry the ball till golden brown
  • Serve hot with chutney or sauce
