Sabudana Vada Mix

How to cook ?

Take the sabudana mix in a bowl and add 120 ml water to it.
Keep aside for about 20 mins.
Add the rice flour, carrots and coriander and mix well.
Divide the mixture into 5 equal portions and keep aside.
Grease a non stick tava lightly with oil.
Wet your fingers and spread a portion of the mix on the tava (griddle) to form a 100 mm. (4”) diameter thick circle.
Put on the gas and cook, using a little oil over a medium flame, till it turns golden brown in colour. Turn it over and cook on the other side.
Repeat with the remaining mix to make 4 more pancakes.Remember to cool the tava before putting the pancake on it.
*Serve hot with a chutney of your choice
