Baked potato & corn

Ingredients
1. Boiled corn / cream style corn : 2 tea cups
2. Vegit aloo mash : 120g
3. Chopped onion : 1 no
4. Chopped green chilli : 3 nos
5. Grated cheese : 5 tbsp
6. Milk : 6 tbsp
7. Crean : 3/4 tea cup
8. Butter : 2 tbsp
9. Salt : to taste


Procedure
1. Rehydrate vegit aloo mash with water .
2. Heat butter and fry onion in it. Add green chilli, reconstituted aloo mash , corn, 3 tbsp cheese and salt.
3. Put the mixture in a baking dish. Put milk on top. Stir cream and put it on the mixture. On top of that add the remaining cheese and sprinkle a little butter.
4. Put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 850ºF.
5. Serve hot with bread.

Potato & Corn Soup

Servings :   12    ,Time :7 min


Ingredients
1.Boiled corn / cream style corn : 240g
2.Vegit Aloo Mash : 120g
3.Chopped vegetables : as available
4.Ajinomoto : 1/4 tsp
5.Butter : 2 tbsp
6.Cheese : 1 tbsp
7.Water : 2 ltr


Procedure
1. Mix Vegit Aloo Mash in water.
2. Put chopped vegetables, Ajinomoto, Boiled con, Butter and Cheese in the aloo mash mix and then cook .
3. Serve hot with bread.
