Capsicum Boats

Ingredients :
- 2 tbsp vegit aloo mash
- 2 large capsicum
- 1 cup paneer, crumbled
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 8-10 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala powder
- 2 tbsp corriender leaves, chopped
- 2-3 green chillies, chopped
- 1/2 tbsp red chilli flakes( kutti mirch)
- 4 tbsp cheese, grated
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ghee
- Salt to taste

Method :
1) Roast vegit aloo mash on low flame in ghee till golden brown.
2) Cut capsicum into halves along the lenth. Rub salt on the inside surface, keep upside down for 10 minutes.
3) Heat oil, fry onion, ginger and garlic till onion turn transperant. Add tomato puree, salt chilli powder and corriender leaves. Cook till dry and add paneer, chopped green chillies, garam masala powder and cook for a minute. Mix vegit aloo mash and mix well, keep aside.
4) Drain the capsicum halves, deep fry in hot oil for 2 minutes. Remove from oil and fill aloo paneer mixture.
5) Arrange the capsicum boats on the well grased tray, sprinkle grated cheese.
6) Cook on Microwave on high, untill cheese melts.
7) Serve hot.
