How to cook ?

Ingredients

  • 1 cup vegit aloo mash.
  • ¼ cup sugar.
  • ¼ cup desi ghee.
  • 1 cup water.
  • 8 almonds - powdered.
  • 2-3 almonds - cut into thin long slices.
 

Method of Preparation

  • Heat ghee in a kadahi. Add vegit aloo mash and fry for 5 minutes on low flame till light golden.
  • Add water, sugar and powdered almonds. Stir till the water is absorbed and the halwah gets cooked nicely.
  • Decorate with silvered almonds.
